About the author
Ecila (born 1964) worked for many years in youth healthcare as a nurse, coach, and screener. In "The Child Nobody Saw," she compellingly and movingly shares her journey from surviving to living. She lives with her husband and youngest son in South Holland, where she focuses on writing, recovery, and personal growth. Her mission: to break the silence surrounding childhood trauma, vulnerability, and physical disability. She invites others to rediscover their own voice.
